Define Your Ideal Career Path

This is a high-level programme taking a structured, coaching based approach to support your career planning. It contains broad questions to help you reflect on your situation and adds prompts to encourage you to take action. It also contains downloadable material for extra support. The 5 modules in this programme can be taken separately, in any order, but are best taken in sequence for maximum benefit.

  • Can I take just one module or do I have to take all 5 in the programme?

    This 5-part programme is designed so that each module can be taken on its own. However, they do build on the outcomes of earlier modules so you'll get more benefit from doing all of them in sequence!

  • How long does each module take to complete?

    The video content of each module in the overall programme is between 30 and 40 minutes. However the programme contains a series of exercises and actions that involve extra time if you choose to complete them - and you'll derive most benefit if you do!

  • Is there additional support available if I need it?

    Yes. We provide dedicated one-to-one professional coaching support in a range of career and leadership areas. Coaching support is chargeable. If you'd like to discuss coaching with us do get in touch via our website or by emailing us at [email protected]

  • Why are you putting all this content out for free? Is there a catch?

    We have been providing career coaching support to professional people - at all stages of their careers - for a number of years. In that time we have built up a lot of expertise and resources which we wish to share more widely, including to people who can't afford to pay for dedicated one-to-one coaching. All 5 modules in this programme are free, will remain free and there are no hidden fees!

  • How easy is this module to complete?

Some of the reflection activities and actions might be challenging. In this case I recommend that you stick with it and dedicate more time to the activity.
